The company was founded by a couple of guys who shared the vision finding a solution to climate change and the energy transition. Let’s face it, the only way in how we are going to achieve this is by helping the big boys decarbonise the way they operate. That means targeting power hungry industries like Data Centres, Aviation, Steel and many others.
We believe the future of energy lies not in the ground – but in the air. Our vision is to enable every energy-intensive industry to become a self-sustaining power hub, using the very air around them to generate clean, affordable electricity. Our goal is to help them reach net-zero by 2035.
THE JOURNEY
Fuelled with wonder of how he could find a way of what he learned from helping his son with his GCSE Science, Sam (Co-founder & CTO) took inspiration from the Wright Brothers.
The Wright Brothers invented the plane from observing how birds flew – they had no experience in aeronautics, they were bicycle manufacturers. BUT it was their curiosity that led them to find the solution.
Great things have come from those who are ‘outside-the-box.’ Sam ran with his passion for climate change and curiosity to develop a solution where energy is mined from the air whilst capturing the Co2.
Along with Vinny (Co-founder & CEO) who has a strong commercial background in working within the energy sector and deploying renewable energy projects, they have come up with REVFRACC.
REVFRACC stands to REVerse FRactionation of Carbon Capture. Through following basic principles of thermodynamics and fusion reaction they have found a novel way of capturing the air and liquefying it to sequester CO₂ and convert waste heat to generate power renewably.

Sam is an accomplished inventor and serial entrepreneur with over a decade of success in renewable technology. His solar innovations are now commercialised across four continents, demonstrating his ability to turn advanced concepts into scalable global products. Previously, he founded and expanded a European pharmacy chain to over £500 million in turnover, experience he now channels into driving Atmosfuture’s clean-tech innovation.

CEO & Co-Founder
Vinny has over 15 years of experience in business leadership and project development. He has successfully managed solar and clean-energy projects totalling 65 MW of generation capacity and led multi-million-pound technology partnerships across Europe. His focus at Atmosfuture is on commercial strategy, fundraising, and scale-up execution.

Technical Adviser
Dr. Harshul Thakkar is a highly accomplished scientist-entrepreneur and leading expert in carbon removal and management, with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and experience at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). A former LANL Entrepreneur Fellow, his expertise spans Direct Air Capture (DAC), Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU), and gas separation. He has authored 30+ peer-reviewed articles, secured four+ patents, and received multiple entrepreneurial awards for his work in translating innovative science into scalable technology.

Investment banker with 15+ years of experience across M&A, debt advisory, capital structure analysis and financing. She have been involved with many new businesses, taking them to scale with innovative equity and debt financings.
